Kimi to Boku to Rittai Puzzler [Wii/Wiiware]

I’ve been seeing this game on the Jp sites, but couldn’t figure out how it works. With this vid, it looks to be some type of balancing game mixed in with polarity… I could be totally wrong, but either way it looks like a new style of puzzler.
