Gamasutra has posted an Interview with the creator of defender (amongst other things), Mr. Jarvis who is still creating arcade games for his company Raw Thrills. Topics are mainly centered around the North American (and European) Arcade market but also mentions Japanese thriving scene and several other insider info. Click.
